HatchSpace Invites Board of Director Nominations

HatchSpace, your nonprofit community woodworking shop in downtown Brattleboro, seeks nominations from the community for our Board of Directors. We are excited to welcome the next generation of talent as we prepare for a new phase of growth.

To do this we seek to build a diverse and talented cohort of directors who will work in partnership with their board colleagues, the executive director, and key community allies to deliver on our strategic plan. You can nominate yourself or someone in our community here.

This includes:

  • Building platform to find and build creative community among woodworkers

  • Ensure that we are building an inclusive, equitable and just space that is welcoming for all

  • Craft opportunities for lifelong learning, from middle school through to our retirement years

  • Create support systems for entrepreneurs that lower the risk of going into business

  • Bring momentum and resources to a national movement for rural renewal through craft

Resources for your consideration include:

Please direct any inquires to hello [at] hatchspace [dot] org. Complete our nominating form here.

Thank you for your time and consideration!
